Duggan International Group has worked with opportunities and market entrance strategies for food product companies. In 2018 and 2016, we worked with Horticulture Nova Scotia and promoted the Nova Scotia and New Brunswick delegation at the Canadian Produce Marketing Conference and Trade Show. The company worked with Canadian companies during the Americas Food and Beverage Show in Miami, Florida. We also coordinated incoming buyers missions from the Philippines to Nova Scotia. Additionally, we mentored companies on selling to South America and matched companies with buyers from Brazil, Costa Rica and Panama. Darlene Duggan has worked with food trade officers in Canadian consulates globally.
For private companies, Duggan International worked with Farmers Dairy Cooperative to help the company with international product expansion to the Caribbean. Duggan International researched the Hotel Restaurant Industry and Consumer Product industry in dairy products. As well, the company put together a comprehensive report on the wholesale food industry in the Caribbean.
We have also developed business plans for a herbal, spice, soup product, seafood, bakery and craft beer company.
We work with food product companies on adapting the product to market, defining the target market and product positioning. We research product and packaging rules and regulations.
