Duggan International Group works the supply and service sector within the oil and gas and ocean technology community to help with business planning and international activities. We have developed business plans and market entrance strategies, branding and promotional strategies, trade show training, and lead generation. In 2017, we produced a global export market analysis of the oil and gas and renewable energy industries of the World Energy City Partnership (WECP)countries and Colombia. We coordinated the B2B program for the WECP AGM and the CORE Energy Conference in Halifax, NS. Darlene Duggan was the first oil & gas trade commissioner for the Department of Foreign Affairs and International Trade (now called GAC) in Atlantic Canada. She worked on government initiatives globally, worked with international governments and has participated in national energy sector trade teams. The company is experienced in working with all sectors in categories including engineers, inspections, fabricators, ship repair yards, safety training, education, underwater vehicles and other devices, and research scientists.
